I was using Windows 10 which was no ‘longer supported’
I didn’t think this affected me but Michael let me know that banks do not help you if you get scammed with an ‘unsupported laptop’ – (it’s in the small print that Michael reads)
It was time to upgrade anyway and Michael was great, delivered the new laptop and set it up, transferred all my data and then cleared and disposed of my old laptop.
Costs a bit but worth it in the long run for peace of mind
