I’ve spent more than 25 years working in IT Operations, Infrastructure, and Support — helping organisations keep their technology running smoothly, reliably, and without unnecessary complexity.
Over the years I’ve worked across a wide range of environments, from small businesses to large corporates and the New Zealand Government.
That experience has taught me something important: most businesses don’t need complicated systems — they just need technology that works consistently, every day.
