{"id":187,"date":"2024-05-06T10:05:16","date_gmt":"2024-05-05T21:05:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/saje.nz\/sphere\/?st-import=0470a5fa307b90b1653f072141314a6c"},"modified":"2024-05-06T10:05:16","modified_gmt":"2024-05-05T21:05:16","slug":"customer-service-in-the-it-industry-or-the-lack-there-of","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/securesphere.co.nz\/index.php\/customer-service-in-the-it-industry-or-the-lack-there-of\/","title":{"rendered":"Customer Service in the IT Industry &#8211; or the lack there of"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Back in late 2023 (October \/ November) when SecureSphere was started, it was started with 4 key tenets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customer Service<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affordability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Approachability<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Accountability<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As we have built the business, these are the 4 main things that guide us in all decisions we make.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Do we get it right all day, every day and in every customer interaction?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are quite happy to report that \\&#8221;No\\&#8221; we don\\&#8217;t, as we are all human and we all make mistakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But that is the point. If we make a mistake, we own up to it and try to make it right. We don\\&#8217;t try to sweep it under the carpet or try to hide it from our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 years ago, Michael &#8211; our Founder &#8211; write a LinkedIn post that is just as relevant today as it was back then.
