If we make a mistake, we own up to it and try to make it right. We don&#8217;t try to sweep it under the carpet or try to hide it from our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 years ago, Michael &#8211; our Founder &#8211; write a LinkedIn post that is just as relevant today as it was back then.
