Back in late 2023 (October / November) when SecureSphere was started, it was started with 4 key tenets:
- Customer Service
- Affordability
- Approachability
- Accountability
As we have built the business, these are the 4 main things that guide us in all decisions we make.
Do we get it right all day, every day and in every customer interaction?
We are quite happy to report that “No” we don’t, as we are all human and we all make mistakes.
But that is the point. If we make a mistake, we own up to it and try to make it right. We don’t try to sweep it under the carpet or try to hide it from our customers.
2 years ago, Michael – our Founder – write a LinkedIn post that is just as relevant today as it was back then. One of the main points raised in that post was: The customer is and must be the focal point.
